Porcelain
Porcelain is the finest type of ceramic material made by firing a mixture of quartz, kaolin and feldspar at high temperatures (ranging from 1250 to 1350 °C). Thus, a vitreous ceramic material, which is much harder than it appears and which does not transmit electricity, is created so it can be used as an insulator. We manufacture it from high quality European raw materials, i.e. C-111 mass.
Cordierite
Talc, kaolin, alumina and MgO are the raw materials used in cordierite ceramics production. It has been widely used in applications where thermal shock resistance is important, since it has low thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion rate. It is perfectly fit for manufacture of heater holders, refractory plates and other similar products. Our cordierite products are made from C-520 mass.
Steatite
Steatite ceramic, produced from quality soapstone, has been used extensively for insulation in the electrical and electronic industries. It is a low-cost material with high electrical resistance at high temperatures, good mechanic strength and a very low dielectric loss factor. Such properties make it ideal for high frequency, low loss and high voltage insulation. Our steatite ceramic products are made from C-221 mass..
